Shipping/Payment and Return Policy

Delivery:

We deliver orders to all major and many smaller cities in Ukraine (our manager will confirm delivery availability by calling you after receiving the order).

Upon receipt, be sure to check your order and its appearance. If the order is damaged or incomplete, refuse to accept it.

To receive the order, bring your Diia app, passport, or driver's license (the details must match those in the order).

Payment for purchases:

You can pay for your purchase with cash on delivery at Nova Poshta, by bank card, through the Privat24 system, or in several installments over three months (without overpayments).

Exchange and return:

If the item did not fit or you did not like it, you can return or exchange it within 14 days via Nova Poshta. This is possible provided that its consumer properties and marketable condition are preserved (no signs of use and the original undamaged packaging and labels are present).

Just don't send the item with cash on delivery – we won't be able to receive it!

The money will be returned to your bank card within 7–14 days.
