Shipping/Payment and Return Policy

Delivery:

Delivery in Ukraine to "Nova Poshta" branches. Parcels are stored at the post office for 6 days, after which they are automatically returned.

Urgent delivery. Urgent taxi delivery is available in Odesa. Delivery is made upon full payment of the order. A taxi can be called by the recipient or by the store manager. The delivery cost is paid separately by the recipient.

International delivery. Performed by "Nova Poshta" (5-14 days). International shipments may be subject to mandatory customs clearance in the destination country. We deliver worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Belarus.

 

Payment for purchases.

For orders within Ukraine:

  • payment by bank details
  • installment payment from PrivatBank
  • parcel on credit from Nova Poshta
  • online payment / LiqPay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

For international orders:

  • LiqPay

Exchange and return:

If the item doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can return or exchange it within 14 days via Nova Poshta. This is possible provided that its consumer properties and marketable appearance are preserved (no signs of use and the original undamaged packaging and tags are present).

The money will be returned to your bank card within 20 business days.
