International shipping
Lagrange also accepts international orders.
We deliver worldwide, excluding Russia and Belarus, via Nova Poshta carrier. Delivery time and cost depend on the recipient's country, chosen delivery method, and customs regulations.
Estimated international delivery time: 5–14 business days.
Shipping cost: calculated at checkout / clarified by manager
Customs duties, taxes, or additional payments that may arise in the recipient's country are not included in the order value and are paid by the buyer separately.
Payment for international orders is processed via LiqPay
Delivery across Ukraine
Delivery in Ukraine to "Nova Poshta" branch.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
Delivery cost: calculated during checkout / clarified by the manager.
The parcel is stored at the post office for 6 days, after which it is automatically returned to the sender.
Urgent taxi delivery is available in Odesa. Delivery is carried out upon full payment of the order.
A taxi can be called by the recipient or the store manager.
Delivery cost is paid separately by the recipient.

The order is processed after payment confirmation or after order confirmation by the manager, if another payment method is chosen.

If we have any questions regarding the size, product availability, or delivery details, our team will contact you before shipping.
During new collection launches, sales, or restocks, order processing may take a little longer. We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Exchange and Return Policy
If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchange is possible if the item:
- has not been used;
- retains its marketable appearance;
- has all tags and original packaging;
- shows no signs of wear, washing, damage, or foreign odors.
To arrange an exchange, please contact us via [email / Instagram] and provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size or model.
You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are possible for items that have not been used and have retained their original appearance, tags, and packaging.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you of the refund status.
Refund period: up to 20 business days after return confirmation.
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed with our team.
